If you're seeking divorce advice in Pasadena and it seems like your divorce will never end, don't worry. The road is long, but everything eventually gets resolved - and it could always be worse. You could be Kelsey or Camille Grammer, for example. The famously broken-up Hollywood couple has finalized their divorce. But when it comes to custody, the battle is still raging.
To call the breakup of theFrasier star and his Real Housewife ex "epic" would be a huge understatement. Since last year when the couple filed for divorce, not a week has gone by without some kind of major divorce drama. From another woman to numerous bad mouthing sessions, Kelsey and Camille have provided tabloids with endless fodder. Now the pair is trying to figure out where their children should live. Kelsey Grammer has left Hollywood for Chicago and reportedly wants to take his six-year-old son Jude with him, leaving his nine-year-old daughter Mason in the custody of Camille in Los Angeles. In a letter obtained by TMZ, Kelsey states he wants to enroll his son in a Chicago school. The letter, dated April 29, 2011, says "Kelsey proposes ... Kelsey shall have primary physical custody of Jude and Camille shall have primary physical custody of Mason." Camille has filed for full custody of the two children and is prepared to fight even though she says she wants the couple to reach a peaceful custody arrangement.
"I really want us to be friendly so we can co-parent. He is not open to it," she said in an interview with Star.
She claims that she has "reached out time and time and time again" to Kelsey with zero response. The pair is expected to meet again this summer at a hearing in an attempt to resolve custody issues.
Viewers of the hit Bravo series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills watched the thirteen-year marriage of Camille and Kelsey Grammer collapse after Kelsey's affair with another woman became public knowledge. Kelsey married Kayte Walsh earlier this year.
