The Schweitzer Law Partners is proud to announce the addition of a new associate attorney.
Please join us in welcoming Mr. Jonathan Kwong to the team.
Mr. Kwong is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine, where he graduated with honors and earned his Bachelor of Arts in history. He then went cross country to attend Boston College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2011.
Mr. Kwong returned to California in 2012 and began working at Schweitzer Law Partners as a law clerk and legal researcher. During this time, Mr. Kwong was studying for the California Bar Exam, which he sat for in July.
In November the results were released to the examinees and as Mr. Kwong relates, "The results of the exam were relreased on November 16, 2012. Out of fear that the bar examiners had made a mistake, I refrained from sharing my exam results until I could confirm them with the general pass list that was released to the public on Sunday, November 18, 2012."
Mr. Kwong's motivation for attending law school arose from a desire to serve as an advocate for those facing social injustice.
Mr. Kwong has always had an interest in the law and as a new associate with Schweitzer Law Partners, he hopes to further the firm's pursuit of legal excellence by representing all those who walk through the doors seeking legal advice and helping them navigate the complexities of family law.
